Johan has always had a passion for quality. Starting out as a system tester and test automation engineer, he grew over nearly twenty years into a versatile professional with a strong technical foundation and broad operational experience in product development and quality. Over the years, his focus shifted from purely technical matters to broader business-oriented questions: what is true value, and how can we create it together?
His broad experience and holistic view of value and quality form the core of how Johan operates as a trainer: with his infectious enthusiasm, pragmatism, and people-oriented approach, he not only helps participants with their technical challenges, but also inspires them to see quality as a means for sustainable value creation, rather than a goal in itself.

Johan is an accredited trainer for ISTQB Foundation, ISTQB Specialist – Test Automation Strategist, and ISTQB Specialist – Test Automation Engineer.
